When will my order arrive?

Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase.

Shipment times vary by destination. You'll get a email when your item has been dispatched, so you can start tracking your order.  I will continue to keep you updated through delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your purchase within 1-3 weeks for international orders and  1 week for a local.

︎ Return Policy

Contact me before returning any items.  Make sure to include contact information, order number,  tracking number and whether you would like a refund or exchange with the reason why.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it . The product must be in new condition and be in the original packaging. If the product is damaged the product shall not be refunded.

Refunds

Once I get it, you'll be refunded the price of the item within 14 days. I'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to me, unless I delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.

It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item, I recommend to use a trackable delivery service.

Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
